Terms of Service

KomenKirim is operated by Eduversal ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between us and you, the person or business using KomenKirim ("you").

By creating an account or using KomenKirim, you accept these terms. If you use KomenKirim for a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.

KomenKirim answers comments and messages on the social accounts you connect, using the official APIs of Meta. You decide when it replies (for example, a keyword in a comment) and what it sends (a direct message, a button, a public reply).

KomenKirim is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Meta. Instagram and Facebook are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

You need an account to use the service. Keep your sign-in details secret and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

A workspace can have several members with different roles. Owners and admins decide who may change what, and you are responsible for what members of your workspace do in it.

Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

Only connect accounts that you own or are allowed to manage. When you connect an account, you allow us to read its posts, comments and messages and to send replies on its behalf, as far as needed to run your automations.

Meta's own terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms and the Instagram Community Guidelines, also apply to everything sent from your accounts. Meta may change or limit its APIs at any time, which can change what the service can do.

You can disconnect an account by removing our app in your Meta account settings, and you can ask us to remove it from your workspace.

You agree not to use the service to:

• send spam, or messages people did not ask for;
• make content or prizes depend on following an account, liking or sharing, where Meta's rules forbid it;
• mislead people about who you are or what you offer;
• send unlawful, hateful, harassing or adult content, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
• collect personal data from people without a lawful basis;
• get around Meta's limits, or try to access accounts, workspaces or data that are not yours;
• probe, overload or disrupt the service, or copy or resell it without our written permission.

We may pause automations or accounts that break these rules or put the service or other customers at risk.

Your messages, templates, keywords and other content stay yours. You give us the permission we need to store, process and send that content to run the service for you, and for nothing else.

You are responsible for your content and for having the right to send it, including links, codes and offers.

Meta decides what may be delivered and when. For example, a private reply to a comment is only allowed within 7 days of the comment, follow-up messages only inside Meta's messaging window, and the number of messages per hour is limited.

We try to deliver every message your automations plan, but we cannot promise that every message is delivered, delivered at a certain time, or seen.

Some features of KomenKirim may be paid. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you choose a plan. We will tell you before we start charging for something you already use.

We keep improving the service, so features may change, be added or be removed. We aim to keep the service available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, at our providers, or at Meta.

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your workspace in its settings, or ask us to close your account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or where the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and explain why.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not give promises about the service beyond those in these terms, including that it will be free of errors or meet a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost revenue or lost data, or for actions taken by Meta.

Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. When a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to resolve any disagreement with you directly.
